Detailed Itinerary of the 20 Days Amazing Uganda Safari
Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
You shall drop at the Entebbe International Airport where you get picked up by a company driver guide. He shall take you through a precise meet and greet session then later transfer you on journey towards Western Uganda to Lake Mburo National Park. Transfer for a period of 2 to 3 hours depending on the traffic jam via Kayabwe at the equator. Take many photos to keep then proceed till you reach the park. Have lunch then later proceed on an afternoon Game Drive while going to check-in lodge. Mburo Safari Lodge.
Day 2: Morning Game Drive and Boat Cruise
Early morning breakfast then with packed lunch, proceed to the park to enjoy a Game Drive. You shall traverse from one point to another along the tracks watching many wildlife animals wander around their natural vegetation habitat. The wildlife animals you view include; zebras, topi, buffaloes, leopards, hyenas, hippos and crocodiles, kobs, etc. After the Game Drive, break off for lunch then later proceed to have a boat cruise along the famous Lake Mburo. You shall reach here get briefed then embark on a 3 hour cruise along the lake watching many wildlife animals along the shores as well as hippos and crocodiles beneath the waters. Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi Forest National Park
Have breakfast then with luggage embark on an en-route Game Drive as you proceed to Bwindi Forest National Park. You shall transfer for a period of 5 to 6 hours with brief stop in Mbarara or Kabale for lunch. After a while, you reach the park and check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Buhoma Lodge.
Day 4: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Forest
Enjoy breakfast then transfer for short briefing about the conduct around the Mountain Gorillas. You shall be welcomed by a park range guide who informs you about Bwindi Forest National Park, Mountain Gorillas as well as the various safari adventures you can do in the park.
Afterwards, he shall allocate you into groups of 8 with lead park range guides who transfer you to the starting points where you leave from to enter the green forest. Follow varying trails in the green forest searching for Gorillas for a period of 3 to 5 hours with rangers.
After a while, you meet the Gorillas and in an hour stay in their presence taking many photos to keep. After trekking the Gorillas, you shall return to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Buhoma Lodge.
Day 5: Transfer to Mgahinga National Park
Early morning breakfast then with your belongings embark on transfer to the stunning Mgahinga Gorilla National Park. You shall transfer for a period of 1 to 2 hours watching the green terrain, bird species and when you you reach the park, continue to check-in lodge for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Ikoro Lodge.
Day 6: Golden monkey Tracking at Mgahinga Gorilla National Park
Today you get to track the amazing Golden Monkeys in their natural forest habitat. Breakfast early in the morning then transfer to the headquarters for precise briefing on conduct around these remarkable primates.
You shall get welcomed by a park ranger guide who takes you through briefing as he informs you about the Golden Monkeys, Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, other activities you can do in the park then later, he shall locate you into groups of 8 with lead guides who transfer you to enter the forest to track the Golden Monkeys.

Day 7: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, you shall transfer to the vast stunning Queen Elizabeth National Park for a period of 5 to 6 hours. En-route enjoy views of the green terrain as well as lunch then after a while, you shall reach the park. Enjoy an en-route Game Drive watching wildlife animals like Buffaloes, elephants, warthogs etc then after check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Bush Lodge.
Day 8: Game Drive and Boat Cruise in Queen Elizabeth
Early morning breakfast then transfer to the park to enjoy Game Drive along various tracks in the park. Traverse from one point to another while seated in a 4×4 wheel vehicle then take many photos to keep. The wildlife animals you watch include; Buffaloes, elephants, warthogs, hyenas, kobs, topis, bushbuck, etc. At mid day, break off for lunch then transfer to enjoy a boat cruise along Lake Mburo where you watch many crocodiles, hippos, bird species as well as wildlife animals along the shores. Day 9: En-route Game Drive and Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
Early morning breakfast then transfer on en-route Game Drive in the park as you continue to the vast famous Kibale Forest National Park.
You shall transfer for a period of 6 hours with lunch en-route, views of the green terrain, bird species etc.
After a while, you shall reach the park and check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Kibale Forest Camp.
Day 10: Chimpanzee Tracking at Kibale Forest
Today you get to meet the Chimpanzees one one one. You shall transfer to the park headquarters for precise briefing on conduct around the Chimps.
On getting here, you are welcomed by a park ranger who briefs you about the code of conduct around the chimpanzees then after he shall distribute you into groups of 8 with lead rangers who take you to the starting points where you leave from to enter the green forest.
You shall follow many trails in the park for a period of 2 to 4 hours and after a while, you shall meet the chimpanzees and stay in their presence for an hour. After trekking the chimps, you shall return to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Kibale Forest Camp.
Day 11: Transfer to Murchison falls National Park
After delicious breakfast, you shall transfer with your luggage to Murchison falls National Park located in the South Western Part of Uganda. En-route have views at the candid towns, villages as well as the escarpments. You proceed for a period of 5 to 6 hours and when you reach the park, you shall check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Day 12: Game drive and Afternoon boat cruise at the bottom of the falls
Breakfast in the morning then transfer for a Game Drive in the park. You shall travers from one point to another in a 4×4 wheel vehicle watching wildlife animals like Giraffes, antelopes, buffaloes and wild cats such as lions, leopards etc.
At mid day, break off to have your packed lunch then after continue to the Victoria Nile for boat cruise to the bottom of the falls. You shall watch hippos, crocodiles and wildlife animals along the shores. After the cruise, you shall return to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Pakuba Safari Lodge.
Day 13: Transfer to Kidepo National Park
Morning breakfast then embark on transfer to the Kidepo Valley National Park for a period of 5 to 6 hours. En-route have lunch, views of the green terrain vegetation until you reach the park. You shall reach here and check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Apoka Safari Lodge.
Day 14: Full day Game drives in Kidepo valley National Park
Wake up have breakfast then proceed to enjoy a Game Drive in the park. With packed lunch, you shall proceed to the park traversing from one point to another while seated in a 4×4 wheel vehicle. You shall traverse from one point to another watching wildlife animals like lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, many antelope species, zebras, bird species, White Rhino etc.
At mid day have lunch then continue on another Game Drive along the tracks in the park. After the Game Drive in the late evening, you shall return to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Apoka Safari Lodge.
Day 15: Drive to Pian Upe wildlife reserve
Breakfast in the morning then transfer to the stunning Pian Upe wildlife reserve situated in the Eastern part of Uganda. You shall transfer for a period of 5 to 6 hours watching the green terrain vegetation, bird species and lunch. After a while, you shall reach the reserve and embark on Game Drive around the reserve watching wildlife animals like lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, buffaloes, waterbucks, and a variety of antelopes. The reserve also has over 250 bird species recorded i.e ostriches, secretary birds, Kori bustard, Abyssinian ground hornbill, carmine, yellow-billed and Jackson’s hornbills. Day 16: Moring game drive and drive to Sipi falls
After an early morning game drive, you enjoy an en-route Game Drive along the various tracks in the reserve. After a while, you shall proceed to the stunning Sipi Falls for a period of 7 to 8 hours watching the green terrain vegetation, bird species as well as lunch. Day 17: Transfer to Jinja Town (Boat Cruise along River Nile)
Breakfast in the morning then proceed on journey to the busy town of Jinja. You drive for a period of 4 to 5 hours watching the green terrain, bird species and lunch. On reaching Jinja, proceed to River Nile for a Boat Cruise to the source of River Nile. Reaching here, you are briefed on conduct while on this safari then later in groups you catch a boat to the source. Reaching here, watch bubbling water from deep and take many photos to keep. Day 18: White Water Rafting along River Nile
Early morning breakfast then transfer to the banks of the famous River Nile. You shall reach here and get welcomed then go through short briefing about the adventure. Afterwards, you are allocated into groups with guides to raft the Nile.
You proceed on you white water rafting adventure beating the vigorous rapids of River Nile for a period of 2 to 6 hours. You shall enjoy the adventure then later return to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Haven Lodge Jinja.
Day 19: Bungee Jumping and Transfer to Kampala
Wake up have breakfast then transfer to the River Nile for Bungee Jumping. You shall reach the banks and get briefed on the bungee jumping adventures after signing a consent agreement.
You shall then climb up to the place where you jump from and when you get here, you are offered safety gear like ropes to enable you bungee jump adequately.

Day 20: Departure to Entebbe Airport
